Description

This mural was created by 16 volunteers, 6 "Brush Brigades", 3 assistants and the lead artist during a 6 week workshop.

Inspired by the painting "The Cheat", by Georges de la Tour (XIV C.), with a medieval esthetic interpretation, the mural depicts a noble "lady" who symbolizes the city of Vitoria, playing a card game with a man (the symbol of power) who tries to cheat and flaunts his deception to the audience. The lady´s servant, who symbolizes the loyal citizens of the city, catches the man and warns the lady.
