Conceptual Description and Characteristics

In the mural workshop the 6th grade classe explored concepts relating to the "Golden Rule", which says: Treat people as you would like to be treated.

The drawing that the children created dealt with this topic: helping eachother, aiding those in need, good sportsmanship and equality. Dragon was uses as a compositional vehicle to express these ideas incorporating into its body the scenes that the children created. The mural simbolizes fellowship as an atemporal and perpetual reality. The composition is meant to be read from far away as well as from close up, where narratives take place.
